Moving from Riverside to Los Angeles was my first time using movers, and I was kinda nervous even though I only had a few items. Most of my stuff was school books, a small desk, a chair, and a couple boxes with clothes and dishes. I was scared something might get lost or broken. When Jose and his team came I felt better right away. Jose was polite, asked me which boxes were fragile, and then started packing everything real careful. They wrapped my small desk in blankets and bubble wrap so it wouldn’t get scratched. My kitchen box with cups and plates was packed tight with extra paper so nothing moved inside. They even taped one of my boxes that I hadn’t closed right. My chair and small shelves were carried into the truck with care, strapped so they wouldn’t slide around. On the way to Los Angeles we hit a bit of traffic, but Jose kept me updated and it didn’t take long. Once they got to my new place on W 60th St, they unloaded quick. Everything went straight into the right rooms, and they even helped me move the desk twice until I liked the spot. What impressed me most was their patience. Even tho it was just a small move, they treated it like a big one, with care and respect. Jose noticed that one of my shelves had a loose nail and fixed it with his tools before setting it down. That kind of detail really surprised me. By the end of the move, I was relieved and super happy. Nothing broke, no scratches, and all my things were right where I needed them. For a student like me, this was the best choice. Jose and his crew made the move smooth and stress free, and I’ll definitely call them again if I have to move in the future.
